Stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm often manifest physically — as tight shoulders, shallow breath, digestive upset, sleep issues, and feelings of disconnection from the body. In this two-hour somatic therapy workshop, participants will be guided through embodied practices that support nervous system regulation, tension release, and emotional resilience. Through gentle movement, breathwork, guided somatic exercises, and relaxation practices, you'll learn how to:
Recognize how stress and emotion show up in your body
Release stored tension safely and gently
Activate your parasympathetic "rest and digest" response
Build a stronger, kinder relationship with your body
Take home practical techniques you can use daily
The session is open to everyone — no prior experience is needed. It’s perfect for those wanting to feel more connected, calm, and grounded in their everyday life. The session will be led and held by Dr. Erin Caust, a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Somatic Therapist, and Embodiment Coach.
Candlelit Sound Bath with Heidi

In addition to our weekly Sunday afternoon Slow Yoga and Sound session, Heidi offers a Candlelit Sound Bath as an opportunity for you to move deeper into sound healing. A sound bath is a beautiful opportunity to pause and give yourself permission to truly rest, recharge and release; allowing the sounds, vibrations and frequencies to bring you into a true state of bliss.
We all know well the endless pull of busy-ness and the bottomless to-do lists; this session is designed to offer you an hour of deep and deliberate stillness. You will be bathed in the soothing tones of Heidi’s crystal singing bowls and emerge feeling relaxed, revived and replenished. Sound healing can help to balance energy, release emotion, regulate the nervous system, and aid mental and physical healing. Sound and frequency has been used as a healing modality all over the world for generations, and we are so happy to offer you a taste of this beautiful medicine each and every month in our lovely studio.
Couple’s Massage : Therapeutic Workshop with Eleonora Prinsi

Massage is a heartfelt way to show care, making it the perfect gift for a partner. Join our Couple’s Massage Workshop to connect with someone you love—whether it’s a partner, friend, or family member. This workshop is also suitable for pregnant participants. In this two-hour session, you’ll learn simple, soothing techniques, how to create a calming atmosphere, and ways to communicate for the most relaxing experience. Fully clothed and performed on the floor, the workshop is easy to replicate at home, with optional oils for added comfort.

About Eleonora: Eleonora is founder of Re-Set-Pause and a qualified yoga teacher and massage therapist offering massage therapy and office yoga in East London. After over 10 years of working in architecture, she left the industry to choose a slower lifestyle to refocus on her well-being and support other people in reconnecting with their bodies and minds on a deeper level. Massage therapy and yoga taught her to slow down and relate to people differently. Touch and deep listening connect all of us on a subtle level, helping us heal ourselves physically, energetically and mentally.

I am a dedicated wellness and personal development practitioner with a deep commitment to integrating breathwork and movement into my teachings. With a background in Holosomatic Breath Therapy, I specialise in guiding individuals through transformative breath practices that foster inner balance and self-awareness. Positive Birth and Hypnobirthing Workshop with Katrina
This is a 3 hour workshop, please contact Katrina for upcoming dates - £80 per ticket (birth partners welcome and included with the ticket price)
Prepare for a positive birth by learning:
The physiology of birth and why increasing your confidence and ability to relax more quickly and deeply matters.
Hypnobirthing and positive birth practices such as guided relaxations, massage, birth positions and tips, etc.
What you can do now to prepare - including complimentary mp3s to practice with, how to help baby into an optimal position for birth and more.
This would be great for someone who has done hypnobirthing previously or is doing another full antenatal course; otherwise, I would recommend doing the full course if you're able to as there is just so much to cover it's impossible to condense it to three hours. I'll send resources for you to do your own follow up research if needed, but there's so much information it's often easier drip fed over four weeks and put into context for you! There is a full course coming up in October and December.
